The process of creating these vases is intricate and refined. Beginning with hand-carving the molds in his workshop near Oslo, Norway, artist and former ballet dancer Anders Pfeffer Gjengedal lends his touch to each piece. Thanks to Cooee's innovation, these ceramic vases are now able to hold water and display fresh flowers. The stoneware's distinctive rough and sandy surface is created by minute grains, ensuring each vase is one-of-a-kind.
